Tools to Navigate the COVID-19 Pandemic
During these unprecedented times, it is important to help Case Managers stay on top of best practices and industry advances so that they can provide the best care possible. As a PACE Provider, you can help provide our CCMs with the tools they need to navigate this event.
We encourage you to submit your courses for pre-approval that are in relation to the current pandemic the world is facing. Some education topics could include but are not limited to:
- Crisis Communication / Crisis Management
- The Role of Case Management in Crisis
- Discharge Planning / Care Transitions
- The COVID-19 Virus
Once you have completed the PACE application in its entirety, place it in "Checking Out" status and contact us at email@example.com. Do not submit payment yet - we will give you a 50% discount off of the PACE application fee through April 30th (this excludes the priority fee) if the course relates to the topics above. We will only accept applications that are submitted for courses that are scheduled more than 20 business days in the future.
