Credit Information: 

The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

This program has been pre-approved by The Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM® board certified case managers. The course is approved for 12 CE contact hour(s). Activity code and Approval number will be awarded on your certificate of completion.

This program is approved by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board of Social Worker as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers. 

Criteria for Awarding CE/Contact Hours:
Upon completion of the workshop, an evaluation must be completed. You must be present for the full duration of the sessions to earn the 12 CE/contact hours. 

All confirmed facilitators have disclosed that they have no relevant financial relationships or conflicts of interest with commercial interests related directly or indirectly to this educational activity.

There is no commercial support or non-commercial sponsorship for this activity.

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancelations to the workshop or "no shows" are nonrefundable.  Registration fees are transferable to an upcoming workshop or another participant.  In the event that a workshop is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

The CCM® exam is practice-based, meaning all questions are based on the knowledge that an experienced case manager should know and understand. Purchasing study materials is optional and not required to take the exam. Attending or purchasing courses or study materials is not a guarantee of passing the exam. The Commission does not endorse or approve any study materials.
