Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to identify individual, structural, and clinic-based factors that make it difficult for people living with HIV (PLWH) to re-engage and remain in care
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to recognize patient populations that are vulnerable to falling out of HIV care
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to evaluate interprofessional strategies and evidence-based practices that have been shown to be effective at re-engaging and retaining PLWH in care
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to incorporate educational resources and tools to sustain community outreach, patient counseling, and re-engagement in HIV care
