Innovative Advocacy: Remote Work is Now

Learning Objectives
Participants will identify opportunities to promote continuity of care and advocacy for clients utilizing remote work environments, including best practice standard work to improve and maintain communication within case management teams
Participants will understand ethical principles from the CCMC Code of Professional Conduct for Case Managers Section 4: Confidentiality, Privacy, Security and Recordkeeping and will be able to apply these standards in remote work environments
Participants will identify opportunities to leverage staff leadership and expertise in remote work environments to provide clinical supervision and training for the next generation of case managers in order to meet the increasingly complex needs of patients and healthcare systems
