Participants will be able to identify the values of Case Management. This includes adherence to CCM, CRC, CDMS, and nursing practice Code of Ethics as appropriate to individual licensure and credentials.
Participants will be able to discuss how values impact their case management practice.
Participants will be able to identify how implementing case management and corporate values impacts their professional relationship with providers, employers, clients, and their co-workers.
