Explain the recommended protocols for avoiding bad faith, i.e. accurate and thorough record keeping, due diligence of administration, show proof and specific examples and avoid gratuitous comments.
Exhibit a complete and through understanding of IL Bad Faith statute regarding vexatious & unreasonable delays, potential outcomes regarding the courts decisions on recovery costs, settlements and their overview of ethical considerations.
Detail specific ethical standards and practices as they directly relate to worker’s compensation cases and the case manager’s specific role and responsibilities therein.
