Participants will be able to discuss the mediation information as to the statutory authority for mediations before the Oklahoma Court of Existing Claims and the Oklahoma Workers Compensation Commission
Participants will be able to identify specific considerations both parties may make during the course of mediation.
Participants will discuss sample scenarios that the presenter will offer and how their workers compensation claims could be affected similarly.
