1.Incorporate new knowledge of aspects of multi-organ transplant (MOT) including benefits, risks and expected outcomes into discussion with my health care team and colleagues to facilitate a collaborative approach to the evaluation of potential recipients.
2.Widen the scope of gathered data for potential MOT candidates to utilize the patients individual health profile, MOT criteria, survival rates, allocation equity and likelihood of positive outcomes in guiding clinical decision-making.
3.Become familiar with the existing and potential ethical implications of MOT organ allocation equity under the current framework and facilitate discussion with appropriate experts if ethical issues arise that must be addressed.
