Learning Objectives
Demonstrate an understanding of discerning neck vs. shoulder i.e., cervical radiculopathy, cervical stenosis, lumbar radiculopathy and lumbar spinal stenosis with regard to acute and chronic workplace injuries and/or conditions.
Describe the available diagnostics utilized in determining injury origin, including imaging studies, lab tests, electrodiagnostic and physical examination protocols.
Able to apply knowledge of injury prevention, recognition and diagnosis as well as establish MMI ASAP based upon clinical statistics on Work Comp case studies presented.
