Participants will be able to explain the financial impact of being an ESOP and how this affects case management services and the provision of quality care.
Participants will be able to explain the importance of ergonomics to prevent injuries.
Participants will be able to demonstrate setting up an ergonomically correct workstation in their home office.
Participants will be able to identify potential ergonomic hazards in the workplace.
Participants will be able to describe the difference between a Concussion and Post Concussive Syndrome.
