May Renewal Window (closing on June 30, 2020)
We understand that due to COVID many CCMs who are renewing their certifications are submitting their renewals at the end of the window extension, causing a high volume of calls. The Commission will work with you to renew your credential if you have called, emailed, or started an application by the end of today (6/30/20) even if you do not receive a response by the end of the day.
If you are running into questions regarding your May Renewal and have reached out to The Commission, please know that we will be working with our certificants to finalize renewals over the coming weeks even though the official deadline is today. Please allow staff up to two weeks after your renewal is submitted to review the application and let you know if anything else is needed.
