Rebecca provides leadership and strategic direction to The Ohio State University’s Integrated Disability and Absence Management team to reduce company risk, mitigate the financial exposure of disabilities in the workplace, and ensure regulatory compliance.
In prior roles as a disability management leader at Motorist Insurance Group and Amazon Disability and Leave Services, Rebecca gained a broad understanding of the development, delivery, and oversight of multi-faceted disability and leave management programs.
Rebecca is passionate about continuing education and professional development. She served as programing chair and President of the DMEC Ohio Chapter, sat on the Employer Advisory committee for the National DMEC organization, and currently serves in an editorial advisory capacity. She has been invited to speak at multiple national and international conferences, and has a particular interest in
Rebecca has been an active volunteer in the CCMC/CDMS organization for many years, initially as part of the test development and role and function study committees and now as a Commissioner. Rebecca truly enjoys collaborating with other experts in the field to positively shape the current and future landscape of disability management programs.
