Through personal and observational experience I have learned firsthand the importance of case management, how it shapes delivery of care, and serves to improve health outcomes. Case management is an integral function of health care. This is an exciting time to be in this field, and I look forward to the opportunity to promote case management, and develop and inspire future case managers.
