Learning Objectives
Apply advocacy techniques learned to relevant topics within their area of practice and be able to clearly demonstrate understanding of the tactics learned through the use of the role-playing activities.
Differentiate between a variety of different approaches to advocacy work and be able to successfully identify correct pathways given examples that will be provided.
Illustrate opportunities in their own communities in which advocacy and/or policy advancement many exist, including gaps in access to care, and understand next best steps of action to achieve successful outcomes.
