The Commission is conducting a Role and Function Study to identify the essential activities performed by case managers, as well as the important knowledge areas required to effectively perform in this role. The results of the survey will allow the Commission to ensure that the Certified Case Manager (CCM®) exam and other related services reflect current practices of case management professionals.
The survey will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. You can complete the survey in multiple sessions as long as you save your work every time. By completing the survey, you are eligible to earn two continuing education (CE) hours which you can use toward your CCM re-certification. In addition to the CE hours, all who complete the study will be entered into a drawing for an Apple watch.
