Participate in the 2019 Commission for Case Manager Certification® Role and Function Study

The Commission for Case Manager Certification (the Commission) is conducting a Role and Function Study to identify the essential activities performed by case managers, as well as the important knowledge areas required to effectively perform in this role. The results of the survey will allow the Commission to ensure that the Certified Case Manager (CCM®) exam and other related services reflect current practices of case management professionals.

The survey will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. You can complete the survey in multiple sessions as long as you save your work every time.

By completing the survey, you are eligible to earn two continuing education (CE) hours which you can use toward your CCM re-certification. If interested in receiving CEs, please make sure to follow the link at the end of the survey.

Instructions for Participation:

  • If you encounter any technical difficulties with completing the survey online or have questions regarding the survey content, you may contact Prometric for assistance. Send email to CCMC-Survey@prometric.com outlining the issues and providing a daytime telephone number. You will receive a response within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (except holidays). 
  • Your completed survey should be submitted by June 24, 2019 (end of day U.S. Eastern Time) and the Commission will publish the survey findings in case management-related peer-reviewed journals.
