As case managers, you are at the forefront of providing essential services and support to your clients, helping them navigate complex healthcare systems and achieve their health and wellness goals. The work of a case manager is critical, and it's essential that certification reflects the latest practices and standards in the field.

The Commission for Case Manager Certification® (CCMC®) is currently conducting a Job Task Analysis Survey to update the Certified Case Manager (CCM®) examination. This update is crucial to ensure that the exam remains relevant and accurately assesses the core knowledge areas that are vital for effective case management. The CCM credential is not required to participate. All professional case managers are invited to give feedback, and June 21 is the final day.

Your expertise and experience are invaluable in this process. By participating in the survey, you will help validate and inform the CCM® exam content outline, which will become effective in the second half of 2025. Your insights will ensure that the exam continues to uphold the highest standards of the profession, reflecting the real-world challenges and skills that case managers face every day.

How to Participate

Participating in the survey is simple and straightforward, but requires your immediate attention as it closes June 21, 2024:

2. Share Your Insights: The survey should take approximately 45 minutes to complete. If you need to pause, you can click 'Exit' and return later using the same device and link.
3. Submit Your Information: For those interested in claiming CCM CEs, please provide the necessary information when prompted toward the end of the survey. All CE information will be emailed to you after the close of the survey.

Deadline

All surveys must be completed by June 21, 2024. Each participant can only complete the survey once, and it's important to ensure a complete response to qualify for CE credits.
