Learning Objectives
The learner will be able to define key terms related to legal and ethical concepts facing case managers reflected in CCMC Code of Conduct.
The learner will be able to evaluate case studies/examples of situations of legal/ethical; issues impacting case managers/case management practice and relate back to CCMC Code of Conduct.
The learner will be able to apply knowledge of key Federal Legislative regulations that case managers need to be aware specifically, how health policies impact CM and reviews specific legislation important to case managers.
