Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to assess current practice patterns to identify facilitators and barriers to the timely referral of patients eligible for chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (FL)

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to describe the roles of community oncologists and CAR T-cell specialists in referring and managing patients eligible for or receiving CAR T-cell therapy by identifying optimal workflows that have been established by leading CAR T-cell specialty centers and surrounding community-based clinics

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to employ interprofessional team-based strategies to improve referral, treatment, communication, and care coordination between oncology clinics and CAR T-cell centers to optimize outcomes for patients with DLBCL/FL
