Learning Objectives
1.Attendees will define, recognize, and be able to demonstrate the intersection of state paid family and medical leave (PFML), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other leave laws.
2.Attendees will have access to presentations defining and discussing leave legislation, family and medical leave programs, and other related laws and how they will affect the workplace. Attendees will be able to define and evaluate options to consider legislative-related changes to their company leave plans.
3.Attendees will leave the conference being able to implement and execute proven strategies, actionable ideas, and tested program models to assist with the development and implementation of cost-saving programs in their company.
