Friday, March 19th is the last day to submit a session proposal for CCMC's 2021 Virtual Symposium! Don't miss the opportunity to be considered for a presentation. We know you have invaluable knowledge and experiences to share that will benefit others working in the community. Don't delay - submit a proposal now before it is too late. We encourage submissions focused on innovation, introducing fresh perspectives, and examining drivers of change affecting the future of case management. Additionally, submissions should consider how to relate integrated case management, ethics, behavioral health, and the use of personal experiences/story-telling to all topic areas listed when possible.

If selected, CCMC's Virtual Symposium will offer one complimentary full registration to the event for accepted speaker proposals (non-transferable).*
Sessions of a promotional/commercial nature will NOT be accepted. Session content may not promote products and/or services that have a commercial interest or a financial relationship with the presenter.
