Speaker Bio: 

Dr. Eric Weaver is a nationally recognized expert in primary care transformation and value-based healthcare. Most recently, Dr. Weaver served as Corporate Vice President at Innovista Health Solutions, where he led enterprise strategy for capital investments and the adoption of cutting-edge healthcare technologies. Before that, he served as President and CEO of Integrated ACO in Austin, Texas.

He’s also the former host and content creator of Race to Value, a podcast on value-based care and health equity transformation. Dr. Weaver recorded more than 200 episodes, interviewing the most influential voices in healthcare—executives, clinicians, entrepreneurs, and policy leaders—exploring how we can reimagine care delivery in America. He serves as Adjunct Faculty in Healthcare Administration at Texas State University, where he supervises BHA students during their administrative residency and teaches courses on the U.S. healthcare system.

Dr. Weaver is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Medical Group Management Association, and the Health Information and Management Systems Society. He earned his Master of Healthcare Administration from Texas State University, and his Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.

He also lends his voice and expertise to numerous boards, including the Texas State Development Foundation, the Half Helen Foundation, and the Dell Medical School Society for Health & Business.
