Jessica Arcoraci is an RN Clinical Auditor and Quality Specialist with MedStar Health, with extensive experience in managed care case management, utilization management, and clinical quality operations across Maryland and the District of Columbia. A Registered Nurse since 2009 and a Certified Case Manager since 2019, she brings over a decade of leadership experience to her work.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State University and a Master of Science in Health Services Leadership and Management from the University of Maryland, and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). She has served as a Commissioner with The Commission since 2025 and will assume the role of Board Secretary in 2026, while continuing her service as a Commissioner. In this dual capacity, she supports the Commission’s governance, operational integrity, and strategic objectives.
Jessica is deeply committed to advancing quality, promoting the best possible patient care, and supporting the development and mentorship of current and future case managers. Her professional interests also include addressing social determinants of health to better serve vulnerable populations and strengthen equitable care delivery.
