2022 CCMC Code of Professional Conduct - Public Comment Period Open

Commission for Case Manager Certification issues call for comments on revised Code of Professional Conduct for Case Managers 

The Code is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure it is aligned with professional standards for current practice and appropriately responds to emerging challenges in the field. The objective of the Code is to protect the public interest. The Code consists of Principles, Rules of Conduct, and Standards for Professional Conduct, as well as the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) Procedures for Processing Complaints.

The proposed Code of Professional Conduct for Case Managers is available for review through the link below. (Public Comment Feedback Form). Those interested in offering comments are invited to read the changes and submit responses by December 14, 2022. The final revised Code is slated for release in 2023.
