CERTIFICATION
The CCM® exam is currently administered 3 times per year, in April, August and December.
The online application for the August 2012 CCM exam administration is now open until June 30, 2012. To begin an application or finish an incomplete application, please click here. RENEWAL
CCM certification is valid for 5 years. Renewal of the CCM credential is currently processed 2 times per year, in May and November.
The online renewal system for May 2012 renewal is now open. For those with a renewal deadline of May 2012, click here to log into your account, upload CEs and process your renewal. The deadline to have all materials submitted for your renewal is 6/30/12 - however all CEs must be earned by 5/31/12. Please do not mail or fax your CE verification forms.

The CCM credential is the oldest and only research-based case manager certification, updated regularly through findings from the Commission’s Role & Functions Study. Eligibility for the exam includes practice-based requirements, as well as passing the Commission’s highly-regarded research-based examination. The peer-developed exam questions are based on well-known research and ensure the exam content is relevant with current practice in the field.
