Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to assess current practice patterns and barriers to incorporating shared decision-making (SDM) into clinical workflows to support equitable, patient-centered care for individuals with multiple myeloma (MM)
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to identify racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic factors that contribute to disparities in MM care and differences in MM patients' and providers' perceptions of care
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to incorporate clinical, patient, and treatment factors into personalized and evidence-based treatment plans for diverse minoritized patients with MM
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to apply collaborative SDM approaches that build trust in the patient-clinician relationship and account for MM patients' social and cultural norms and health literacy needs
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to develop interprofessional team-based action plans to bridge gaps in healthcare disparities and facilitate equitable access to new and emerging therapies for MM
