  • CCMC attended a press conference launching CMSA’s Case Management Model Act of 2009 as a strategic opportunity to increase awareness of certification with media, healthcare and government officials who also attended.

    CCMC has provided comment to CMSA regarding the language in the proposed model act and has encouraged CMSA to include higher standards for case manager qualifications to ensure consumer protection.
