CCMC has developed a Continuing Education Module for all certificants who are interested in acquiring Ethics-related CEUs. CCMC attended a press conference launching CMSA’s Case Management Model Act of 2009 as a strategic opportunity to increase awareness of certification with media, healthcare and government officials who also attended.
CCMC has provided comment to CMSA regarding the language in the proposed model act and has encouraged CMSA to include higher standards for case manager qualifications to ensure consumer protection. CCMC will continue to work collaboratively with CMSA to engage in further dialogue on this topic. Click here for CCMC’s comments on the Case Management Model Act.
